- 02At Braaap, safety is our top priority. We provide comprehensive safety briefings before each rental, ensuring that you are familiar with the controls and safety features. We also offer safety gear, including helmets and protective clothing, to ensure a safe and enjoyable riding experience. We understand once you are out riding we cannot accompany you and give you tips to help with your riding style so it is a ride at your own risk situation. However we will give tips and guidance if you have questions or concerns.

- 04Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled rental. Cancellations made within 15 hours of the rental booking will be fully refunded even if it's within 14 days of the booking. No partial refunds or fees for canceling. If you make a cancelation within our 14 day period AND have had it on our schedule for more than 15 hours it is forfeiture of payment. When you make a schedule it reserves the item so others cannot rent it out. So we have a harsh return policy because many people schedule an entire month ahead and if they see its not available they most likely will not return and that item will go unrented.
